Zynesp 200 mcg Injection contains darbepoetin alfa, a long acting erythropoiesis stimulating agent indicated for the treatment of severe anemia associated with chronic kidney disease in patients on dialysis and those not on dialysis. It is also used for the management of chemotherapy induced anemia in adult cancer patients. The medicine works by stimulating erythropoietin receptors in the bone marrow, increasing red blood cell production and improving hemoglobin levels.
