How do I take Human Mixtard 40 IU/ml?
Inject Human Mixtard subcutaneously (under the skin) in the abdomen, thighs, upper arms or buttocks exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not inject into a vein or muscle. Rotate the injection site each time and avoid injecting into skin that is bruised, red, hard or has lumps. It is usually taken shortly before a meal, or as advised by your doctor
