Calquence 100mg Tablet contains acalabrutinib, a Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor used for the treatment and management of certain B-cell malignancies in adult patients. Acalabrutinib selectively binds to and inhibits BTK, disrupting signalling pathways that are essential for malignant B-cell proliferation, survival, and adhesion. By blocking these pathways, Calquence helps slow disease progression and control abnormal cancer cell growth. This medicine is approved for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and small lymphocytic lymphoma in adults, and for mantle cell lymphoma in patients who have received at least one prior therapy.
