Imanib 400mg Tablet contains imatinib mesylate, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor used in the treatment of various types of cancer. It is indicated for managing chronic myeloid leukaemia, a cancer of the blood in which abnormal white blood cells grow uncontrollably, and Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. Imanib 400mg Tablet is also used to treat gastrointestinal stromal tumours and other conditions involving abnormal cell growth. Imatinib works by inhibiting targeted enzymes that signal cancer cells to grow and divide, slowing or stopping their proliferation and supporting disease control under specialist supervision.
