How We Operate
MacariusHealth is an offline pharmaceutical distributor and retailer based in New Delhi, India. We do not operate an online shopping cart or checkout system. Orders are placed through direct communication with our team via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, we process and dispatch your pharmaceutical products through our reliable delivery network. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery practices.
Delivery Zones & Timelines
We deliver pharmaceutical products across India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier partner delays, or remote location accessibility. Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may take additional time.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, here is our process:
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, phone, or email with details of products, quantity, and total amount.
Prescription Verification (if required)
For prescription medicines, a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner must be provided before dispatch.
Packaging & Quality Check
Products are carefully inspected, securely packed, and labelled. Temperature-sensitive products are handled with cold chain packaging.
Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Tracking details (where available) will be shared with you.

We follow strict pharmaceutical packaging standards to ensure your products arrive safely:
Cold Chain Management
Temperature-sensitive medicines (e.g., biologics, insulin, certain injections) are shipped using insulated packaging with gel packs to maintain the required cold chain throughout transit.
Tamper-Proof Packaging
All shipments are sealed with tamper-evident packaging to ensure product integrity. Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any tampering immediately.
Secure Packaging
Products are packed in sturdy corrugated boxes with bubble wrap or cushioning material to prevent damage during transit.
Proper Labelling
Each shipment includes clear labelling with product details, batch numbers, expiry dates, and handling instructions as required by pharmaceutical regulations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are communicated to you at the time of order confirmation. Charges may vary based on:
- Delivery destination and distance
- Weight and volume of the order
- Special handling requirements (cold chain, fragile)
- Urgency or expedited delivery requests
Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain value. Please check with our team for the latest offers and delivery charges applicable to your location.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receipt
- Share photos of the product and packaging
- Provide your order details
We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Undelivered Orders
An order may not be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Recipient unavailable after multiple attempts
- Restricted or inaccessible delivery areas
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
In such cases, please contact our team to arrange re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.
Important Information
- We currently deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Delivery timelines mentioned above are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, weather, or unforeseen events.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package in person.
- For prescription medicines, proof of prescription may be required at the time of delivery.
